110-300-0331(1)(a)(b)(c) The allegation is that that staff member Lisette P used (a) demonstrated Profanity, obscene language towards children; (b) demonstrated Angry or hostile interactions towards children; (c) demonstrated Threats of physical harm or inappropriate discipline towards children. The department finds that after interviewing referent, multiple staff members, parents, observations, and completing a physical walk though of the center that the said allegations are valid.
